Michelgroup erbrachte die Strategieberatung für das Redevelopment des 42.000 Quadratmeter großen Konnex-Gebäudes in Baden (Schweiz). Der Immobilieneigentümer beauftragte die Michelgroup mit der Entwicklung eines Konzepts, das den Komplex von einem Single- zu einem Multi-Tenant-Gebäude verwandelt. Das neue und zukunftsweisende "City-in-a-City"-Konzept positioniert Konnex für den urbanen Geschäfts- und Community-Lifestyle neu und stellt sicher, dass die gemischt genutzten Flächen in einem sich ständig weiterentwickelnden Markt dauerhaft relevant sind.
Linked to Baden's rich history, the Konnex building occupies the original site of the Brown, Boveri & Cie (BBC/ABB) group, which developed the innovative industrial area in the late 19th century. With the support of the city of Baden, Konnex has the opportunity to play an important role in revitalizing the Baden-Nord industrial district and regenerating it as part of a new urban lifestyle.
