Michelgroup und Fokus Development arbeiteten gemeinsam an dem neuen und gemischt genutzten Gebäude im Stadtzentrum Korbachs, das dieses städtische Quartier beleben wird. Michelgroup erbrachte die Planungs- und Architekturleistungen für dieses Entwicklungsprojekt. In der Fußgängerzone gelegen, vereint der vierstöckige Neubau Einzelhandel, Gastronomie, Büros, ein Fitnessstudio sowie Wohnungen. Die strategische Positionierung und Gestaltung des gemischt genutzten Gebäudes wird eine wichtige Rolle bei der Revitalisierung der Korbacher Innenstadt spielen.
Michelgroup and Fokus Development collaborated to develop a new mixed-use building in the city center of Korbach, which will energize the urban area. Michelgroup has provided Planning and Architecture for this development project. Located in the pedestrian zone, this four-story building brings together retail, gastronomy, offices, a gym and apartments. The strategic positioning and design of this mixed-use building will play an important role in the revitalization of Korbach's city center.
