Michelgroup erbringt die architektonischen Planungs- und Gestaltungsleistungen für den Umbau des Modehauses Peek & Cloppenburg (Bahnhofstraße 8) in Ulm in ein Multi-Tenant-Gebäude. Neben der Aufwertung und Neugestaltung der Verkaufsflächen erhält das Gebäude drei zusätzliche Etagen für neue Büro- und Coworking-Flächen.
Mit der Aufstockung und der Fassadensanierung wird das Urban Eight in der Ulmer Haupteinkaufsstraße noch stärker präsent sein und sich zugleich als Mixed-Use-Destination in das städtische Umfeld einfügen. Nach der Fertigstellung wird das neue Gebäude insgesamt 11,000 Quadratmeter umfassen.
Michelgroup is providing Architectural Planning and Design Services for the conversion of the Peek & Cloppenburg fashion store at Bahnhofstrasse 8 in Ulm into a multi-tenant building. In addition to the upgrade and redesign of the sales areas, three floors will be added to the building for new office and coworking spaces.
With the three-floor expansion and the façade renovation, Urban Eight will have a stronger presence on Ulm’s main shopping street and takes its place in the urban environment as a Mixed-Use destination. Upon completion, the new building will consist of 11,000 square meters.
