In collaboration with Focus Development, Michelgroup is leading the planning and design of the Mixed-use Building revitalizing the Korbach City Centre.
Michelgroup is currently planning and designing a Mixed-Use Building in Korbach for Focus Development. Situated in the pedestrian zone, this four-level complex will include Retail, Gastronomy, Offices, Fitness Studio and Apartments. The strategic positioning and design of the building will have a significant impact with the revitalization of the Korbach City Centre.

By becoming a member of “Phase Sustainability”, we demonstrate our solidarity in working together with our clients to achieve their sustainability goals and our commitment to promoting a greater understanding of environmental protection.
The Declaration of Sustainability is a core element of the ‘Phase Sustainability’ initiative of the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB) and the Federal Chamber of Architects (BAK). We are working with Globus in the planning and design for the repositioning of the Geneva Flagship Store.This is a completely new concept for “New Luxury” for their existing customer and the international customer living and working in the Geneva area.

We are pleased to announce our collaboration with Weleda AG in the planning and architectural design of the new “Weleda Campus”.
The new “Weleda Campus” is a place for innovative ideas and to create a space for future possibilities.
In keeping with Weleda’s history and values of honoring nature, the goal of this project is to be the most sustainable Campus with Administrative Offices, Logistic and Production plant within the Pharmaceutical Industry in Europe.

Nico Santuario has been appointed Studio Director and leads the Architectural Studio for the firm.
With almost 20 years of experience as a general planner and architect, Nico has built a deep expertise as a practiced communicator between planners, builders, and contractors working on a variety of project types such as commercial, mixed-use, administration, industrial, education, and residential buildings. Many of his projects have included the integration and implementation of sustainability certifications such as LEED.
Tina Bauer has been appointed Project Director. Working for both architectural and development firms, Tina has over 13 years of practicing architecture on a variety of project types such as municipal, mixed-use, education, and residential buildings in Germany and Switzerland. Within her municipal and educational projects, she has integrated and implemented historical preservation requirements as well as sustainability certifications (DGNB).
