Construction management
The Mädler company plans to relocate its entire headquarters from Stuttgart-Degerloch to Gärtringen. This includes the logistics department, encompassing order picking, packing, and high-bay warehouses. The entire administration and production (gear technology) will also move to Gärtringen.
The new Mädler Campus combines the requirements of the surrounding area with Mädler's core values. Sustainable development also plays a key role.
Context and Surroundings
The new site in Gärtringen is strategically located on the A81 motorway. This ensures high visibility and easy access, serves as a logistics hub, and is simultaneously a landmark for Mädler. The adjacent nature reserve to the east offers unobstructed views. This will create a productive and inspiring work environment, particularly for office workstations.
Mädler's Core Values
Transparency, quality, and innovation are reflected not only in the company's operations but also in the building's architecture. From the open production areas to the dedicated showrooms, customers are invited to experience Mädler's expertise firsthand. The concept focuses on the employees. The layout of the building ensures short walking distances between functional zones, thus making daily operations more efficient.
Sustainable Development
Green spaces, courtyards, and roof gardens are an integral part of the concept and serve both ecological and social purposes. Creating areas for relaxation and reflection simultaneously improves air quality and reduces the urban heat island effect.
