Scheduled to open in 2018, the REDI Shopping Center, spanning a total lettable area of 60,000 square meters, will feature an array of global and local retail brands, restaurants and entertainment options, cementing its status as a landmark among Finland's shopping destinations.

MICHELGROUP worked with SRV in an advisory role, contributing to the strategic planning, letting strategies and the conceptual positioning of the REDI Shopping Center as a prominent commercial lifestyle destination.

SRV Corporation has created an urban and contemporary destination at the former harbor in eastern downtown Helsinki. Comprising six residential towers, a hotel, an office tower and a commercial center, the development offers stunning views of the city lights and the ocean.
