Living in Illerpark – a new neighborhood for arrival and well-being
Living in Illerpark is creating a modern residential complex in Neu-Ulm that combines urban living, a natural setting, and timeless architecture. Located between the city center and the Iller floodplains, the neighborhood offers short commutes while maintaining a high level of quality of life.
The four buildings, with a total of 65 apartments, form a diverse ensemble that impresses with its clear architecture, well-thought-out floor plans, and a harmonious overall appearance. Each building sets its own individual accents – from sheltered loggias and communal arcades to open balconies that draw views of the greenery.
Light-colored facades with varying plaster textures, modern railings, and a clear design language give the neighborhood its distinctive character. This is complemented by a spacious underground parking garage with direct access to all buildings, as well as attractive outdoor areas with play and recreation areas that create space for encounters and community.
The housing options range from compact apartments to family-friendly multi-room apartments – equally attractive for singles, couples, and families. Photovoltaic systems on the roofs also ensure sustainable energy generation and make the neighborhood future-proof.

To generate the most diverse resident mix possible, the apartments are designed in a variety of sizes. In addition, 30 of the 39 apartments are barrier-free, and four apartments are maisonettes with private entrances and private gardens, offering attractive living conditions for families. An underground garage with additional charging stations for electric vehicles provides parking for bicycles and cars.
The high cost-effectiveness is ensured by several measures: Efficient space utilization is achieved with only two elevators and compact buildings with apartments arranged one above the other.
